DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6668 1+e-CAA S Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cross Plains. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6668 Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 31, Town of Cross Plains described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 31, thence S 89° 58'11"West, along the South line of said Section 31, 88.66 feet to the point of beginning and the centerline of Witte Road; thence continue S 89° 58' 11"West along the South line of said Section 31, 672.49 feet; thence N 44° 16' 22"East, 249.67 feet; thence N 53° 03' 49" East, 98.80 feet; thence N 46° 40' 57" East, 373.00 feet; thence S 01° 49'10" East, 122.00 feet; thence S 18° 42' 13"West,181.90 feet; thence S 04° 17' West, 65.40 feet; thence S 51° 00'East, 108.87 feet; thence N 89° 58'11"East, 151.43 feet to the centerline of Witte Road; thence S 23° 45' 20"West along the center of line of said road, 72.13 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. 101 CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
