DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6647 <br /> Amendi /ection 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Vermont. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6647 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 12, Town of Vermont described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 12; thence S 00° 06' 09" West along <br /> the West line of said NW 1/4 NW 1/4; 983.71 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 89° <br /> 42' 45" East, 425.00 feet; thence S 00° 06' 09" West, 308.00 feet; thence N 89° 42' 45" <br /> West, 425.00 feet to said West line; thence N 00° 06' 09" East along said West line, <br /> 308.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. Subject to the recording of a deed restriction specifying that there shall be no further division of the rezone <br /> area for residential development. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site.
