DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6670 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cross Plains. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the C-1 Commercial District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 6670/1353 A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Cross Plains described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 27; thence N 89° 49' 08"East along the North line of said Section 27; 1340.64 feet; thence S 00° 00' 45"East along the West line of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 300.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 89° 59' 36" East, 450.00 feet; thence S 00° 00' 49" East, 189.84 feet; thence S 89° 59' 36" West, 450.00 feet to the West line of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence N 00° 00' 45" West, 189.84 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERI'LNLED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. Conditional zoning: No expansion of use or facilities shall oocur without obtaining necessary sanitary permits from the Dane County Environmental Health Office or documentation from said office stipulating compliance with existing regulations. 4Z. o/3o/�i C ) I
