Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1353 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Tavern expansion and lighted outdoor entertainment activity. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 11/26/96 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 27, Town <br /> of Cross Plains described as follows: Commencing at the <br /> Northwest corner of said Section 27; thence N 89° 49' 08" East <br /> along the North line of said Section 27; 1340 . 64 feet; thence S <br /> 00° 00' 45" East along the West line of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 300. 00 <br /> feet to the point of beginning; thence N 89° 59' 36" East, 450. 00 <br /> feet; thence S 00° 00' 49" East, 189. 84 feet; thence S 89° 59' <br /> 36" West, 450. 00 feet to the West line of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4; <br /> thence N 00° 00' 45" West, 189. 84 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1) . AS approved in the site plan submitted November 26, 1996. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br /> 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not <br /> impede the normal and orderly development and improvement of the <br /> surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. <br />
