' • DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6672 .., . <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of York. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of York be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6672 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 9, Town of York described as follows: Commencing <br /> at the West quarter corner of said Section 9; thence North 03° 00' West along the West <br /> line of said NW 1/4 of Section 9 and being the centerline of Deansville Road, 175.00 feet <br /> to the point of beginning of parcel to be described; thence continuing N 03° 00' West <br /> along said West line and said centerline, 382.28 feet; thence N 48° 42' East, 607.55 feet; <br /> thence S 41° 18' East, 300.00 feet; thence S 48° 42' West, 844.48 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CER'1"I}lED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />
