We discussed your conditional use permit <br /> application for a daycare center at the above referenced <br /> location. <br /> Our records indicate that the existing private sewage system <br /> serving this premises was installed by Verne Henshue, <br /> MP #3261, on October 9, 1989. The system was sized to serve <br /> a 3 bedroom house. There is a designated replacement system <br /> area on the lot. <br /> Mrs. Bradley indicated that the daycare center provides <br /> service for 3 full time and 5 part time children. Based on <br /> the information available, this office has no objection to <br /> the proposed use.
