t s. DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6674 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Sun Prairie. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6674 Part of NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 22, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 22; thence N 86° 52' 41"East along the North line of said Section 22, 1317.13 feet to the Northwest corner of said NE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence S 01° 33' 39"East along the Westerly line of said NE 1/4 NE 1/4, 249.86 feet to a point on the centerline of CTH T also being the point of beginning; thence continuing S 01° 33' 39"East along said westerly line and along the Easterly right-of-way line of Hahn Road, 386.97 feet; thence N 88° 26' 21"East, 228.18 feet; thence N 01° 33' 39"West, 440.43 to a point on the centerline of CTH T; thence along said centerline along a curve to the left with a chord bearing and distance of S 75° 15' 09"West, 234.35 and a radius of 1146.00 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
