Wayne Bornick,4735 WiImore Court;rezone for electrical contracting business. <br /> The Chair had received a letter from the Bornicks requesting a delay until the June 17th <br /> meeting. Mrs. Bornick was present and explained that their attorney had asked them to <br /> request a delay after the matter had been discussed at the county. MOTION by <br /> Hampton/Kurt to accept the recommendation of the plan committee and deny the request <br /> for the delay and the rezone petition. <br /> C. Walter Olson/R. Klosterman, 4500 Kennedy Road; zone change Ag Ex to R-a for <br /> 3.7 acres to sell the farmhouse and three additional lots. MOTION by Hampton/Kurt to <br /> allow the existing farmhouse and one additional lot only and refer back to the plan <br /> committee to determine wh, the placement of the 2nd house would be and would there <br /> be another driveway on Kennedy Road or is it possible to share a driveway? There was <br /> some discussion about if it would be proper to separate the farmhouse from the farm as it <br /> is not consistent with the towns goal of preserving farms. MOTION CARRIED. <br /> D. Jennet Maag(David Schiller,Owner), 2095 CTH BB, C.U.P. for .68 acres zoned <br /> C-2 for dog kennels. MOTION by Hampton/Kurt to approve the C.U.P. with the <br /> conditions specified in C-2 (K)as well as the conditions placed on it by the plan <br /> committee and the board including that they will be maintaining the natural screening on <br /> the west and south sides and that one dusk to dawn light be allowed on the premises. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br /> E. James and Janet Spencer, 2407 Highway 12 & 18,zone change from A-1 to R-1 <br /> for one acre. MOTION by Hampton/Skaar to approve the request. MOTION CARRIED. <br /> q <br /> ,1 1 MOTION by Hampton/Kurt to accept placement of a cul de sac at the end of the road <br /> Vii within 335' area so as not to disturb the Iarge maple. MOTION CARRIED. <br /> P. John Dahl,Development of Rolling Wheels Subdivision. MOTION by Skaar/Kurt to <br /> change 19.4 acres from A-1 to R-1 and the balance(22.2 acres)from A-1 to A-2. <br /> MOTION CARRIED with Supervisor Griffin abstaining from the voting. <br /> VI. Resolution for 90-day extension on the annexation lawsuit. MOTION by <br /> Kurt/Hampton to approve the resolution requesting a 90-day stay on the annexation <br /> lawsuit against the village per Attorney Connie Anderson's letter of May 31, 1996. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br />
