We are <br /> submitting the following permanent rezoning application for consideration <br /> for a zoning district change from Agriculture to Local Business (B-1) for Lots <br /> 1, 2, 6, and 7; and to Commercial District (C-2) for Lots 4 and 5 of the East Prairie <br /> Commons Plat (Part of Parcel number 60-0810-331-0082-1, 07-0810-331-9520-6, <br /> 07-0810-331-8001-6, and 07-0810-342-8610-6). <br /> Development Summary <br /> The subject property is approximately 20 acres, on which up to 225,000 s.f. of <br /> retail space will be developed in phases which will be comprised of various <br /> sized retailers including large boxes, outlot pads, and small shops. This will be <br /> a zero lot line development.
