Reasons For Rezoning Petition
Target Stores, a Division of Dayton Hudson Corporation, is
currently building two retail stores in the City of Madison — one on
the West side on Mineral Point Road and one on the East side on Lien
Road.
The East side Target site ("Target site") is now part of the City
of Madison pursuant to Ordinance#11,553 I.D. #19216 adopted by the
City of Madison, Common Council on March 19, 1996.
