g/2o14l6 rti , <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6682 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Mazomanie. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6682 <br /> Part of Government Lot #3 (being the fractional SW 1/4) of Section 22, Town of <br /> Mazomanie described as follows: - <br /> PARCEL A: Commencing at a point on the centerline of the public highway, said point <br /> being 1,745 feet West of the East line of Government Lot #2 (being the fractional SW 1/4 <br /> SE 1/4 ) of said Section 22; thence North to the South bank of the Wisconsin River; <br /> thence Southwesterly along said River to a point 2,015 feet West of the East line of said <br /> Government Lot #2; thence South to the centerline of the public highway; thence <br /> Northeasterly along said centerline to the point of beginning. <br /> PARCEL B: Beginning at a point of intersection of the centerline of CTH Y and the <br /> West line of a drainage ditch and being the Southeast corner of lands described in Volume <br /> 136 of Records, Page 579, as document #1251473; thence Northerly along the West line <br /> of said ditch, to the Southerly shore of the Wisconsin River; thence in an Easterly <br /> direction along said shore to a point 2,015 feet West of the East line of Government Lot <br /> #2 in said Section 22; thence South along the West line of lands described in Volume 2014 <br /> of records, Page 19, as document #1673922, to the centerline of said CTH Y; thence <br /> Westerly, along said centerline, to the point of beginning.
