The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6682 Part of Government Lot #3 (being the fractional SW 1/4) of Section 22, Town of Mazomanie described as follows: - PARCEL A: Commencing at a point on the centerline of the public highway, said point being 1,745 feet West of the East line of Government Lot #2 (being the fractional SW 1/4 SE 1/4 ) of said Section 22; thence North to the South bank of the Wisconsin River; thence Southwesterly along said River to a point 2,015 feet West of the East line of said Government Lot #2; thence South to the centerline of the public highway; thence Northeasterly along said centerline to the point of beginning. PARCEL B: Beginning at a point of intersection of the centerline of CTH Y and the West line of a drainage ditch and being the Southeast corner of lands described in Volume 136 of Records, Page 579, as document #1251473; thence Northerly along the West line of said ditch, to the Southerly shore of the Wisconsin River; thence in an Easterly direction along said shore to a point 2,015 feet West of the East line of Government Lot #2 in said Section 22; thence South along the West line of lands described in Volume 2014 of records, Page 19, as document #1673922, to the centerline of said CTH Y; thence Westerly, along said centerline, to the point of beginning.
