. -.4 . <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6684 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Deerfield. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes and <br /> RH-4 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6684 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 8, Town of Deerfield described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence North, <br /> 132 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue North, 600 feet; thence West,150 feet; <br /> thence S 70° West, 280 feet; thence South 30 feet to the North line of Gunderson Lane; <br /> thence N 88° West, 184 feet; thence South, 430 feet; thence East, 568 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4, the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 and the NW 1/4 NE 1/4, all in Section 8, <br /> Town of Deerfield, described as follows: <br /> TO RH-4: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence North, <br /> 66 feet; thence East, 66 feet to the point of beginning; thence East, 650 feet; thence North, <br /> 950 feet; thence West, 200 feet; thence North, 200 feet; thence West, 360 feet; thence <br /> North, 132 feet; thence West, 700 feet; thence North, 430 feet to the South line of <br /> Gunderson Lane; thence West, 66 feet; thence South, 450 feet; thence East, 700 feet; <br /> thence South, 1320 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CER'1'1F'1LD SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds.
