The tax parcel number for the property is <br /> 07-0810-234-8000-5. The legal description is NE 1/4 SE 1/4, Section 23, T8N, R10E. <br /> The address is 5365 Reiner Road, Madison, WI 53704. <br /> The Town is proposing to build a Town office all garage. We intend to develop the <br /> surrounding area as a park to be used for recreational use incorporating outdoor <br /> entertainment facilities. Future plans also include development of a park and ride <br /> facility for rail transit. <br /> We plan to have the first phase (office and garage) completed in 1996. <br /> The site is a 43 acre landfill that has been closed.
