Resolution of The <br /> Town Board For The <br /> Town of Burke, <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin <br /> Re: Amendment to Land Use Plan <br /> WHEREAS, a request to rezone 100 acres of land within the Town of Burke from <br /> Zoning Districts A-1 and C-2 to Zoning District C-2 has been filed by Rice Associates, <br /> et al, pursuant to Zoning Petition #6685; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of Burke Plan Commission has recommended to the Town <br /> Board for the Town of Burke that the Zoning Petition #6685 be approved; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Board did so approve of the Zoning Petition at a duly called <br /> meeting held on August 21, 1996; and <br /> WHEREAS, the approval of the Rezone Petition will necessitate an amendment to <br /> the Town of Burke Land use Plan so as to make the Land Use Plan consistent with the <br /> new zoning district. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Board for the Town of Burke <br /> that the Town of Burke Land Use Plan be amended in part to provide as follows. <br /> 1. That the premises located at 4210 and 4130 Hoepker Road (Tax Parcel <br /> No. 07-0810-093-9001 et. seq.) (the"Premises") shall be used only for land <br /> use purposes authorized In Zoning District C-2; and <br /> 2. That the Premises be added to and designated as an urban service area <br /> (general or limited, as the case may be) in the applicable land use plan <br /> and regional plan. <br />
