DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6671 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Rutland. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the A-2(8) Agricultural and A-B <br /> Agricultural Business and RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 6671/1354 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 4, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Starting at Southwest corner of SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 4, thence N 185 <br /> feet more or less; thence East 475 feet more or less; thence South 185 feet more or less; <br /> thence West 475 feet more or less to the point of origin. <br /> Part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 4, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br /> TO A-2(8): Starting at Northwest corner of SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 4; thence South <br /> 1040 feet more or less; thence East 475 feet more or less; thence North 161 feet more or <br /> less to Badfish Creek; thence Northwesterly along creek to North edge of SW 1/4 SE 1/4 <br /> Section 4; thence West 132 feet to the point of origin. Also, part of W 1/2 SE 1/4 Section <br /> 4. Starting at the Southwest corner of NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 4; thence North 554 feet <br /> more or less to Badfish Creek; thence Southeasterly along creek to South edge of NW 1/4 <br /> SE 1/4 Section 4; thence West 132 feet more or less to point of origin. <br /> Part of the S1/2 SW 1/4 SE1/4, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br /> TO A-2(2): Starting at a point 475 feet E of SW corner of SW1/4SE1/4, Section 4, <br /> then N 401 feet to Badfish Creek, then SE along creek to E edge of SW1/4 SE 1/4, <br /> Section 4, then S 109 feet to S edge of SW1/4 SE1/4, Section 4, then W 845 feet to point <br /> of origin. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CER MED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> Part ofthi SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 4, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br /> TO A-B: Starting at a point 185 feet north of Southwest corner of SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section <br /> _ 4; thence North 100 feet;thence East 475 feet; thence South 100 feet; thence West 475 feet to <br /> point of origin. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br />
