, TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT REGARDING ZONING PETITION #6671/CUP 1354 PUBLIC HERRING _8/20/96_ Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of RUTLAND having considered said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that said petition is hereby (Approved) . Reverses 8/6/1996 Town Board Action. SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: Subsequent to last month's meeting, RPC has re-reviewed) the petition (copy of comments attached) and a site plan and estimated traffic count has been received by the Town of Rutland. A copy of the site plan and comments is attached. The Town approval is based upon ; the receipt of this additional information. The Town approves the rezoning of 8 . 5 acres from A-1 E$. to A-2 for a home and horse boarding stable . The Town approves the rezoning of one (1) acre to AB fdr the repair and sales of farm machinery and lawn and garden equipment . 1 This parcel will remain attached to the farm. 1 The Town approves the rezoning of two (2) acres to RH-1 for the daughter of the owner. This rezoning is approved providing that the site plan clearly states the section line running throtigh the A-2 property as a section line and that a deed restrictionjbe placed upon the A-2 portion which will limit the number of animalsito eleven (11) horses and limit the number of employees to no more th n one non-family employee as well as a deed restriction limiting the outdoor storage of vehicles on the AB section to six as well as limiting he number ofemployees to one non-family employee. 3 Conditional Use Permit #1354 was approved for the boarding of horses on the A-2 (8) section of the rezoning along with a limited family business .
