DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO.6687 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Rutland <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the <br /> Town of Rutland be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Part of the S1/2 of the NE1/4 Section 1,Town of Rutland,described as follows: <br /> Lots 2,3,4,5,6,and 7,Deer Point Business Park; <br /> AND <br /> Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No.7040,recorded as Document No.2446173,in Volume 35, <br /> Page 215-217 Certified Survey Maps,Dane County Register of Deeds Office; <br /> AND <br /> Lot 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 8116,recorded as Document No. 2741297 in Volume 43, <br /> Pages 214-215 Certified Survey Maps, Dane County Register of Deeds Office; <br /> AND <br /> Lot 3 of Certified Survey Map No. 8116,recorded as Document No. 2741297 in Volume 43, <br /> Pages 214-215 Certified Survey Maps, Dane County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County,the owner or owners <br /> of the land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> A. The following are permitted uses: <br /> (1) Service uses. <br /> (2) Warehousing and storage incidental to a permitted use. <br /> (3) Offices,office buildings and condominium office buildings devoting not more than two(2) <br /> floors to office space. <br /> (4) Utility service. <br /> (5) Distribution centers and wholesale businesses. <br /> (6) Woodworking Shops. <br /> (7) Experimental laboratories not to exceed 5,000 square feet of floor space. <br /> (8) Sales and repair of lawn and garden equipment. <br /> (9) Sales,rental and leasing of new and used contractor's machinery and equipment. <br /> (10) Repairs, storage,and service of contractor's machinery and equipment. <br /> (11) Sales and storage of lumber and building material. <br /> (12) Bottling plants. <br /> (13) Parking or storing of motor vehicles incidental to a permitted use. <br /> (14) The property described as Lot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 7040 as recorded in Volume 35, <br /> Pages 215-2176 Certified Survey Maps,Dane County Register of Deeds Office shall, <br /> notwithstanding those permitted uses set forth in paragraphs 1 through 13 above,be <br /> limited to retail sales of home decorating items limited to carpeting,floor coverings <br /> and wall paper,window coverings and related items. <br />
