Dvorak, Laurie J. Dvorak, Gregory Shaw, Dawn Shaw, David W. Bisbee and
Bonnie J. Bisbee. The purpose of Rezone Petition 6687 is to amend Zoning Ordinance
Nos. 4520 and 6175.
We concluded from that meeting that certain clarifications are necessary to Rezone
Petition 6687. These clarifications are needed to make it more clear what lands are governed
by the restrictions that are attached to Rezone Petition 6687. Specifically, reference is now
made to certain lots within the Deer Point Business Park. Since the approval of the Deer
Point Business Park Plat is to take place before the effective date of the Rezone Petition, such
a reference is proper. Also, an additional permitted use is sought simply to clarify the rights
of the property owners regarding the parking of certain motor vehicles.
Based on the foregoing, enclosed you will find a redlined copy of Rezone Petition 6687
that shows all changes to the Rezone Petition 6687 which was originally submitted on July 12,
1996. These changes are explained as follows:
1. Paragraph C of Requested Revisions to Rezone Petition 6687 is to be deleted
in its entirety and replaced with the paragraph set forth below. The purpose of this change
is to make it more clear as to which lands are subject to those building and land use
restrictions that are attached to the Petition.
