X20 AND 6175 <br /> (Revised 9/25/96) 8 199 <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> D.C.PLANNING w r EVELOP v.E1,a <br /> Ladies & Gentleman: PROPERTY RECORDS <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to amend the <br /> Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 4520 and Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 6175 which <br /> are in effect on the following described land in Section 1, Town of Rutland, Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin. <br /> CURRENT PROVISIONS OF THE AMENDMENT: <br /> a. Amendment No. 4520 amends the zoning district maps of the Town of Rutland <br /> to include in the C-2 Commercial District two parcels of land identified as Area A and Area <br /> C, limits Area A to a plumbing business, feed and seed business, and Area C to a lawn care <br /> business and incorporates certain building and use restrictions applicable to Area A and Area <br /> C, subsequently recorded as Document No. 215447 at Volume 13144 Page 19 (the "4520 <br /> Restrictions"). <br /> b. Amendment No. 6175 amends the zoning district maps of the Town of Rutland <br /> to include in the R-1 Residential and the C-2 Commercial District three parcels of land zoned <br /> as C-2, R-1 and A-2(8) and, seemingly, incorporates with respect to all three parcels of land <br /> certain building and use restrictions that were attached to Amendment No. 6175 although said <br /> restrictions were never signed and/or dated ("6175 Restrictions"). <br /> REQUESTED REVISIONS: <br /> a. As to Amendment No. 4520, delete the application of the 4520 Restrictions as <br /> to Area A leaving said restrictions applicable to Area C only. <br /> b. As to Amendment No. 6175, delete the application of the 6175 Restrictions as <br /> to all three parcels of land zoned as C-2, R-1 and A-2(8) in said Amendment No. 6175. <br /> c. Impose those building and land use restrictions which are attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein ("Restrictions") on those lands described below, with said Restrictions <br /> running in favor of Dane County and the Town of Rutland as well as the owners of said lands: <br /> 1.
