The 15.02 acres are on Cottage Grove <br /> Road East of the Village but in the town of Cottage Grove. The 15.02 acres are currently zoned <br /> A-1 agricultural. At this time David and Darci Bryan would like to rezone this property -_,,,,__e___1 <br /> to operate his already established business from this location. A 5000 sq. ft. building has een IC( <br /> constructed, that has a office area of 1200 sq. ft. on the first floor. The shop area for the layout <br /> table and metal break for bending sheet metal is also 1200 sq. ft. With the balance of 2600 sq. ft. <br /> for storage of furnaces and air conditioning as well as service parts. <br /> The following would be a typical days activities as it applies to High Tech Heating and A/C Inc. <br /> and its employees and suppliers and visitors: <br /> The shop hours are 7:00 am to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Weekend and holidays the <br /> shop is closed for business except for emergency call which are answered on a 24 hour basis. <br /> Service technicians and the installers arrive at 7:00 A.M. with all parking at the rear(south) of the <br /> building.
