I DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6696 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Christiana. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6696 Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 31, Town of Christiana described as follows: Lot #1 CSM 7259 found in Volume 37, Page 62 of Certified Survey Maps Dane County Register of Deeds Office. ALSO: Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Christiana described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 31; thence S 01° 12' 38" West, along the East line of the Northeast quarter of said Section 31, 49.56 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 29° 41' 00"West, along the East line of Certified Survey Map #7259, 253.22 feet; thence S 88° 22' 25"West, along the South line of Certified Survey Map #7259, 205.80 feet; thence S 16° 43' 38"West, 79.00 feet; thence N 88° 22' 25"East, 347.83 feet; thence N 01° 12' 38"East, along the East line of the Northeast quarter of said Section 31, 291.67 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIF'ILD SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. r \ \
