I <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6696 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Christiana. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6696 <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 31, Town of Christiana described as follows: Lot #1 <br /> CSM 7259 found in Volume 37, Page 62 of Certified Survey Maps Dane County Register <br /> of Deeds Office. <br /> ALSO: Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Christiana described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 31; thence S 01° 12' 38" <br /> West, along the East line of the Northeast quarter of said Section 31, 49.56 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence S 29° 41' 00"West, along the East line of Certified Survey <br /> Map #7259, 253.22 feet; thence S 88° 22' 25"West, along the South line of Certified <br /> Survey Map #7259, 205.80 feet; thence S 16° 43' 38"West, 79.00 feet; thence N 88° 22' <br /> 25"East, 347.83 feet; thence N 01° 12' 38"East, along the East line of the Northeast <br /> quarter of said Section 31, 291.67 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIF'ILD SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> r \ \ <br />
