I have agreed to immediately work with Joe from Cedar Corp to put together the plan for storm <br /> water mitigation. We will divert the water from the structures in Phase 2 to bioretention areas. We will put <br /> together the plan and then submit the application to Jason so that he can issue the shoreland mitigation permit. <br /> Can we move forward with the zoning permit with the condition of not being able to start Phase 2 of <br /> the project until the shoreland mitigation permit is issued? A shoreland mitigation <br /> permit will be needed prior to commencing any work on Phase II. The grading and erosion control plan <br /> prepared by Cedar Corporation (dated December 2015) will need to be implemented. <br /> Keep in mind the 4/24/16 expiration date for Phase I. If you need to extend the permit due to the late start you <br /> can do so by having Joe submit a revised USLE worksheet.
