The renovation will take place in two phases. <br /> The property is Zoned R-2 <br /> Phase 1 will consist of: <br /> The existing roof canopy between the existing detached garage and the residence will be demolished. A <br /> two car garage will be added to attach the existing garage to the residence. A second floor will be added <br /> on top of the existing and proposed garage and the north wing of the building.
