- r <br /> s <br /> \ DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6648 <br /> Amending "ection 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Rutland. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the LC-1 Limited Commercial <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6648 <br /> Part of Lot #1 Dane County Certified Survey Map #1888, located in the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 <br /> Section 25, Town of Rutland described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of <br /> Lot#1 of said CSM 1888; thence S 88° 43' 49" West along the South line of said Lot#1, <br /> 360.00 feet; thence N 01° 23' 02" West parallel with the East line of said Lot #1, 250 feet; <br /> thence N 88° 43' 49"East parallel with said South line, 360.00 feet to the East line of said <br /> Lot#1, said line also being the Westerly right-of-way line of Danks Road (formerly known <br /> as Rutland Dunkirk Town Road); thence S 01° 23' 02" East along said East line, 250.00 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. Subject to the recording of a deed restriction specifying that there shall be only one employee and that all <br /> unlicensed vehicles shal}be stored inside the structure. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site.
