WHEREAS, <br /> is/are the owner/s of the following described land in the <br /> Town of Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> to-wit: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 29, Town of Rutland described <br /> as follows : Beginning at the Northeast corner of Certified <br /> Survey Map #6680; thence S 01° 15' East, 358 feet; thence West, <br /> 310 feet; thence N 84° West, 433 feet; thence N 09° 20' East, 775 <br /> feet to the centerline of Old Stage Road; thence S 53° 41' East <br /> along said centerline, 754 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> II. WHEREAS said owner desires to place certain restrictions <br /> thereon, to bind the owner and those who may acquire title <br /> hereafter. <br /> III. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits <br /> passing to and from the owner and those who may hereafter <br /> purchase said land and the parties named as beneficiaries of <br /> these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby <br /> imposed: <br /> 1 .
