Proposed use of the property. <br /> A wholesale/retail greenhouse and nursery for bedding plants, annuals <br /> and perennials. Also, gardens for vegetables, herbs and cut and <br /> dried flowers will be planted for wholesale/retail sales from <br /> greenhouse, roadside stand and farmers markets. <br /> B. Time schedule for development <br /> The construction of the first greenhouse will begin late this summer <br /> for spring '97 sales. The vegetable garden and some display gardens <br /> have already been developed. Depending on success and profitability, <br /> future greenhouses will be established on the east side of the <br /> property as needs require. <br /> C. Reasons why the property is suitable for the proposed use. <br /> 1. The parcel of land is too small to do any other type of farming. <br /> 2. Its location near 69 and 92 would provide a good traffic flow <br /> and, as the property borders an unused section of old 69, off the <br /> road parking. <br /> 3. The area would benefit as there are no commercial greenhouses <br /> in the vicinity. <br /> 4. The property is almost set-up/tailor made for this purpose. <br /> 5.
