DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6708 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Deerfield. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6708 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 6, Town of Deerfield described as follows: Beginning <br /> at the Southwest corner of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence North along the West line of said <br /> 1/4 1/4; 1310 feet more or less to the Northwest corner thereof; thence East along the <br /> North line of said 1/4 1/4, 1130.5 feet to the Northwest corner thereof; thence South <br /> along the East line of said 1/4 1/4, 1315 feet to the Southeast corner thereof; thence West <br /> along the South line of said 1/4 L'4, 1 171 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> C N T C N A L ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> r11 �_.
