Page 2 <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1 . No member may include a "guest" to use the ranges. All persons <br /> who use the rifle, pistol, archery, or trap houses. Must have a <br /> current membership. <br /> 2 . You must carry your membership card whenever using the <br /> facilities and you must show your card to anyone inquiring about <br /> your membership status. <br /> 3 . No member shall be under the influence of intoxicants or other <br /> drugs while using the ranges. <br /> 4 . All members shall obey and abide by the by-laws of the <br /> Deerfield Rod and Gun Club. <br /> 5. Children and pets must be closely supervised. Neither are <br /> permitted on the ranges, below the clubhouse, or in the woods <br /> areas. <br /> 6. When using the pistol or rifle ranges, all targets must be <br /> placed in front of the berm. Shooting into the ground is strictly <br /> forbidden. <br /> 7 . Irresponsible shooting. reckless conduct, shooting into signs <br /> or other gun club property, will result in explusion from the club <br /> and criminal charges. <br /> 8 . All used targets, expended rounds or casings, and other refuse, <br /> must be removed and placed in the designated garbage containers. <br /> 9. Use of rifle or pistol ranges is prohibited prior to 8 AM or <br /> after sundown. <br /> 10. No fully automatic weapons on ranges. <br /> 11 . Trap shooting facility shall close no later than 10: 30 P.M. <br /> 12 . Governmental uses shall only be allowed at the range until <br /> such time as the new County range opens . <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2 . That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br /> 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not <br /> impede the normal and orderly development and improvement of the <br /> surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. <br />
