As the property sits presently, the only type of loan the bank <br /> will give me is a 1 year balloon. <br /> The current zoning is A-2(8) with a Limited Family Business Exclusion, <br /> which I would like the larger portion (Lot 1) to remain. The portion with the <br /> rental house (Lot 2) on it, I would like to make R-1A.
