• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6715 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Deerfield. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the RE-1 Recreational District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6715 <br /> Parts of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 10, and parts <br /> of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of section 11, Town of <br /> Deerfield described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of Section 10; <br /> thence S 89° 24' 15" West, 662.87 feet; thence S 00° 24' 10" West, 1068.14 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence continue S 00° 24' 10" West, 439 feet to the Northerly line of <br /> CTH BB and the point of curvature of a curve to the left; said curve having a central angle <br /> of 04° 18' 53" and a radius of 5684.58 foot, the long chord of which bears S 89° 27' 33" <br /> East, 427.99 feet; thence Southeasterly along the arc of said curve, 428.09 feet to its point <br /> of tangency thereof; thence N 88° 23' 00" East along said Northerly line, 432.61 feet; <br /> thence N 44° 26' 27" East, 151.16 feet to the centerline of Krueger Road; thence N 00° <br /> 29' 53"East along said centerline, 332.96 feet; thence S 89° 24' 15" West, 966.13 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner <br /> or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. That the use on the rezone area is for non profit youth soccer only,that there be no lights, no <br /> alcohol beverages, no buildings, no public address systems, and no off road parking. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the <br /> owners of land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the <br /> rezone to be null and void.
