Hansen have farmed (up to) 522 acres in the Town of <br /> Deerfield (and Medina) since 1957. <br /> In 1976, the Hansens purchased 110 Acres in Section 24 of the Town of Deerfield. They <br /> now wish to re-zone a 214 Acre parcel on that property. The homesite would be rectangular in <br /> shape, lying north of Fair Oak Road. The site would encompass an existing hickory grove, would <br /> be on a rise, and have only nominal loss of crop land. Hansen may use this homesite for himself, <br /> his family or for future sale to a third party.
