DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6719 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cottage Grove. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural and <br /> R-1 Residential District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6719 <br /> TO A-2: Part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and a part of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of <br /> Section 7, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: Commencing at the South <br /> quarter corner of Section 7, and the centerline of Vilas Hope Road; thence Easterly 300 <br /> feet along the South line of said Section 7 to the point of beginning. Thence North <br /> 1038.30 feet; thence Westerly 300 feet to the centerline of Vilas Hope Road and the <br /> North-South quarter line; thence North 279.77 feet along said centerline and North-South <br /> quarter line; thence East 242.55 feet; thence N 03° 17' East 500.02 feet; thence N 53° 10' <br /> West 109.4 feet; thence West 150.0 feet to the centerline of Vilas Hope Road and the <br /> North-South quarter line; thence North along said centerline and quarter line 175 feet <br /> more or less to the centerline of Door Creek; thence Southeasterly 1170 feet more or less <br /> along said centerline of Door Creek to the South line of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4; thence <br /> Southeasterly 550 feet more or less along said centerline to a point being 148.5 feet at a <br /> right angle from the East line of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4; thence South 600 feet more or <br /> less parallel and 148.5 distant from said East line of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 to the <br /> centerline of Door Creek; thence Southwesterly 300 feet more or less along said centerline <br /> to the South line of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence West 660 feet more or less along said <br /> South line to the point of beginning. <br /> TO R-1: A part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Cottage Grove described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of Section 7, and the centerline of Vilas <br /> Hope Road; thence North 838.4 feet along said centerline and North-South quarter line; <br /> thence N 88° 39' 30" East 250 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing N 88° 39' <br /> 30" East 50.00 feet; thence North 216.00 feet; thence S 88° 39' 30" West 50.00 feet; <br /> thence South 216.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances.
