<br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of

<br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the
<br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the
<br /> RE-1 Recreational & B-1 Local Business District the following described land:
<br /> Pet. #4458/CUP 725:
<br /> Part of the E 1/2 Section 7 and N 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 18, Town of Cottage Grove
<br /> described as follows: TO RE-1: Commencing at the Northwest corner of
<br /> certified survey map #3113; thence N 88° 42 ' East, along the North line of
<br /> said certified survey map #3113, 402.74 feet to the Northeast corner thereof
<br /> and the point of beginning; thence continue N 88° 42 ' East, 703.66 feet more
<br /> or less; thence N 80° East to the centerline of Vilas Road; thence
<br /> Southeasterly, along said centerline to the South line of said NE 1/4; thence
<br /> Westerly, along said South line to the Southwest corner of said NE 1/4; thence
<br /> Northerly, along the West line of said NE 1/4, also being the centerline of
<br /> Vilas Hope Road, 792 feet more or less to the Southwest corner of said
