Minutes of the 7/22/96 meeting were approved are <br /> p <br /> seconded Theisen and carried. Theisen showed atape mode by Anchor Bank on <br /> the new Parker Place. <br /> James Hegenbarth met with the Board to discuss his interest in serving on the <br /> Economic Development Committee. After discussion, Theisen m v <br /> BY Jeffries that James Hegenbarth be appointed � ed, seconded <br /> Carried. pPointed to the EDC effective immediately. <br /> Board discussed bait Rigs third modification of Promissary Note and <br /> guarantees for loan thru EDC with Atty. Gerlach and Ms. Ahistrorn. Brimmer <br /> moved. seconded by Jeffries that the Board a <br /> on receiving signed documents 'From Ton pprove the modification ct�ntirtpr±nt <br /> of Atty. Gerlach. Chair and Clerk are granted authority sign and when recommendation <br /> Carried. g when CorTtpieted. <br /> Mat Wenzel and Rick Rose met with the Board to discuss the request of Joe <br /> Dentice/Madison Mobile Home Park. He will be meeting with the Advisory <br /> Committee to discuss his plan on what he's going to do with the mobile home n ark <br /> P <br /> to bring it into compliance - also he is requesting rezoning for the back pdre;ei under <br /> Conditional Use Permit #1363. Board approved!
