Jeffries moved ize <br /> Chair and Clerk to sign the completed seconded <br /> with authorize <br /> Corporation/fetter Johnson and Carry Fowler, to encroach upon store <br /> sewer easement when competed by Atty. Gerlach. carried. Orly <br /> Budgets were then presented by Mat Wenzel, Building and <br /> Inspections; and Rick Rose, Vepartiuent of p, g Marilyn <br /> Frederickson, Budget Coordinator, was also Public Works. Stlye present.presented the Parks Commission budget, along with Mr. Rose. <br /> Ms.Ms. Ahlstrom also presented the portion of General Covcrnmont <br /> budget that was available. <br /> Mr. Rose updated the Boar( on several pending watters. Board <br /> approved the Dane County Zoning actions as follows on motion of <br /> Brimmer, seconded Jeffries and carried: <br /> - Ordinance Amendment #15 - adds motels and hotels to list <br /> of conditional uses allowed in C-2 <br /> c <br /> - Ordinance Amendment. #16 which contains manyrrevisionsrsuch <br /> as refining, clarifying, and creating definitions, <br /> correcting erroneous references, adding terms of consis- <br /> tency, etc. <br /> - ordinance , 19 deletes the requirement <br /> located within 200 ft. of tsite advertised on ythe <br /> sign and requires instead that the sign be located on <br /> same parcel as site advertised. <br /> - Ordinance Amendment #17 which contains various technical <br /> corrections was deferred pending further information. <br /> -Conditional Use Permit11371 was previously approved by Board <br /> on 8/12/96 with certain conditions. <br /> -Conditional Use Permit /1363 and Zoning Petition /6698 for <br /> Madison Mobile Home Park rezone and other conditional <br /> use permits was deferred but County will be advised <br /> that it has been referred to a later meeting when <br /> additional information is available. <br /> Operators applications fore Tonya Allen; JoAnn Winter; and Nicole <br /> Sugden were reviewed and approved on motion of Jeffries, seconded <br /> Brimmer and carried. <br /> ' Ms. Frederickson discussed the pending budget and presentations <br /> with the Board. <br /> Minutes of the 8/26/96 meeting were reviewed and approved as <br /> presented on motion of Jeffries, seconded Brimmer and carried. <br /> Request by Ms. Ahlstrom for temporary help to enter warrants ror <br /> the Municipal Court was discussed and deferred to 9/16/96 meeting <br /> pending Ms. Ahlstrom finalizing arrangements with the Police <br /> Department. <br />
