DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6723 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial <br /> Districts the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 6723/1374 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 21, Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter of said Section 21;thence S 00° 15' 37"East along the <br /> centerline of CTH N, 220.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S 00° 15' <br /> 37"East along said centerline CTH N, 426.32 feet to the North right-of-way line of Glenn <br /> Drive; thence N 88° 45'43"East along said North right-of-way line of Glenn Drive, <br /> 198.00 feet to the Westerly line of Certified Survey Map#7823; thence N 00° 16' 28" <br /> West along said Westerly line, 8.26 feet to the Southerly line of Lot #1, Certified Survey <br /> Map 7823; thence N 88°45' 43"East along said Southerly line, 109.55 feet; thence <br /> continuing along said Southerly line,N 01° 14' 17" West, 41.12 feet; thence continuing <br /> along said Southerly line,N 88°45' 43"East, 379.24 feet to the Easterly line of said Lot <br /> #1; thence N 03°42' 59"East, along said Easterly line 200 feet; thence continuing along <br /> said Easterly line N 13° 02' 06"East, 203.56 feet to the Northerly line of said Lot#1, <br /> thence S 87° 13' 54" West along said Northerly line extended, 747.40 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances.
