We own 120 acres in section 10 in the Town of Cross Plains <br /> and we want to rezone one acre to build a home for ourselves, the property <br /> owners. We are planning to build this house in late summer or fall of the <br /> year 1997. This acre of land will not be on farmland, it will be in a wooded <br /> area. <br /> We also will have to build a driveway to this parcel, it will run along the end <br /> of a cropland field and will be approximately 1/3 of a mile long. We have <br /> gone to the Cross Plains Town Board and have their tentative approval on <br /> this rezone.
