DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6726 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cottage Grove. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the R-1 Residential District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6726 Part of the NW 1/4 and the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 10; thence S 04° 51' West, 1055.4 feet along the centerline of Kennedy Road; thence Easterly 357.5 feet along the centerline of CTH BB and a 02° curve to the right having a radius of 2865 feet; thence S 81° 11' 30"East, 572.6 feet along said centerline of CTH BB; thence S 08° 48' 30" West, 71.00 feet to the Southerly right-of-way of CTH BB and the point of beginning, said point being the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Certified Survey Map 3790; thence S 08° 48' 30"West, along the Easterly line of said Certified Survey Map #3790, 153.00 feet; thence S 81° 11' 30"East, 10.00 feet; thence S 08° 48' 30"West, 100.00 feet to the Southeast corner of said Certified Survey Map #3790; thence S 81° 11' 30" East, 170.00 feet; thence N 08° 48' 30"East, 249 feet more less to the South right-of-way of CTH BB; thence N 80°West along said South right-of-way 180 feet more or less to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CER'TIF'IED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. V\(*)
