DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6728 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Vienna. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Vienna be amended to include in the R-1 Residential District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6728 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 36, Town of Vienna described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Section South quarter corner; thence N 01° West 495.1 feet to point <br /> of beginning; thence N 89° East 594 feet to West right-of-way line Windsor Prairie Road; <br /> thence N 01° West 226.65 feet to South right-of-way line Pine Spring Road; thence along <br /> said South right-of-way line Westerly 594 feet; thence South along Section North-South <br /> quarter line to point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CER 11E1ED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map mill be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
