W. 1/4 of section 4 , to of Primrose, Dane County <br /> 345 feet West to the point of begining, then 365 feet North, <br /> then 480 feet West, then 365 feet South, then 480 feet East to the <br /> point of begining. <br /> 2. A 1 " = 400' scale drawing of the proposed rezone area is att- <br /> ached whic:L includes the acreage and sauare footage of the area. <br /> The soil classification is BaC2, which is well drained to moder- <br /> ately drained soil formed in silty and clayey deposits over shale <br /> and sandstone bedrock. <br /> 3. The parcel number from which this parcel is requested to be <br /> rezoned from is # 24-0507-042-9500_3. <br /> 4. I am requesting the rezoning for the purpose of establishing <br /> a building site for a single family home. I have 57. 6 acres for sale <br /> which includes 53 acres of crop land. This includes all of the <br /> SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of section 4 and the south 1/2 of the NE 1/4 <br /> of the N;1 1/4 of section 4 both located in the town of Primrose, <br /> Dane County. There are farm buildings located next to the site <br /> reque:ted to be rezoned. The area to be rezoned has passed a perc <br /> test and is approved for a mound system. <br /> Donald L.
