Wenzel, Registered Professional Surveyor, hereby certify that I have surveyed, mapped and divided the parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 28, Town 9 North, Range 7 East, Township of Roxbury, Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: Commencing at the North Quarter Corner of said Section 28; thence South 89'44'51" East, 713.12 feet along the north line of said section to the Point of Beginning of this description; thence continuing South 89°44'51" East, 601.41 feet along the north line of said section to the center of an unnamed town road; thence along the centerline of said road on a curve to the left having a radius of 659.00 feet and a central angle of 23°36'33", an arc distance of 271.55 feet; thence North 58°34'06" West, 184.91 feet; thence South 89°16'40" West, 339.17 feet; thence North 01°47'25" West, 161.20 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 2.2 acres, more or less and is subject to all easements and Rights of Way. That such survey was performed at the direction of the owners, Wallace and Helen Breunig, and that this map is in full compliance with Chapter 236.34 of the Wisconsin Statutes, Section A.-E. - 7 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code, and the Subdivision Ordinances of the Township of Roxbury and County of Dane, and that this map is a • e an./ orrect representation of that survey to the best of my knowledge and belief.
