DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6732 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning ►r istrict <br /> Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the RH-1 R .1 Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6732 <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 14/ Section 16, Town of Pleasant S. ngs described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southeast corner of the NE 14/ SE 1/4; - -nce North along the East line <br /> of said 1/4 1/4, 800 feet to the centerline of a cree • thence Southwesterly along said <br /> creek centerline, 980 feet more or less to its in - section with the South line of the <br /> aforesaid 1/4 1/4; thence East along said South 1.-e, 550 feet to the point o beginning. <br /> CONDTTI• AL ZONING VIP 1- <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuan o Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances.
