WHEREAS, <br /> is/are the owner/s of the following described land in the <br /> Town of Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> to-wit: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 16, Town of Pleasant Springs <br /> described as follows : Beginning at the Southeast corner of the <br /> NE 14/ SE 1/4; thence North along the East line of said 1/4 1/4, <br /> 800 feet to the centerline of a creek; thence Southwesterly along <br /> said creek centerline, 980 feet more or less to its intersection <br /> with the South line of the aforesaid 1/4 1/4; thence East along <br /> said South line, 550 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> II .
