I have no employees. My primary business is interior <br /> repair and renovation of furniture, cabinets, countertops, and architectural millwork <br /> for the residential home owner. '75% of the work I perform is on site at the owners <br /> home. The balance is done in my shop. <br /> I do not advertise my business, all my work is referral. Clients do not come to <br /> my shop. <br /> It is my intention to purchase this property, re-zone it, remove the existing <br /> barn, and build a utility building (25' x 40') to use as a woodworking shop. This <br /> property is an ideal location for a business of this type because it is not a retail <br /> business,( no additional traffic on Clinton Rd.), it is closer to home, I'm building equity <br /> in my own property, it will be maintained well, and the current barn is not serving its <br /> original purpose and is in dis-repair. My intention is to re use as much of the original <br /> barn siding as possible for the siding on the new building, it will be cleaned and <br /> preserved as needed, but will keep the look of an older well kept building. <br /> If the sale of this property takes place before Dec. 31, 1996, My plan would be <br /> to remove the barn as soon as weather permits, late April early May 199"1, and to start <br /> the shop construction soon after. I would hope to be complete by June 15th, 199"1. <br /> I do not plan to have any signage on the building or on the property, only what I <br /> have on my truck. 95% of the materials that I use, I pick up in my own truck.
