• <br /> Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1375 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: LFB - Woodworking shop. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 11/05/96 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 6, Town of Windsor described as <br /> follows : Lot #1, CSM 6717 found in Volume 33, Page 142 of <br /> Certified Survey Maps Dane County Register of Deeds Office . <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1 . Site plan showing dumpster location and screening with gate, <br /> exterior lighting, and signage, if any. <br /> 2 . No outdoor storage of vehicles or equipment. <br /> 3 . No outdoor storage of materials within required setback areas. <br /> 4 . Use permit limited to operation of woodworking business by <br /> owner/resident. <br /> 5. No more than one non-family member shall be employed. <br /> 6. Notify local fire department of business. <br /> 7 . All woodworking operations shall be located inside the proposed <br /> structure. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2 . That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br />
