• Page 1 DANE COUNTY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1375 THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. FOR: LFB - Woodworking shop. EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 11/05/96 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 6, Town of Windsor described as follows : Lot #1, CSM 6717 found in Volume 33, Page 142 of Certified Survey Maps Dane County Register of Deeds Office . CONDITIONS These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of this permit. 1 . Site plan showing dumpster location and screening with gate, exterior lighting, and signage, if any. 2 . No outdoor storage of vehicles or equipment. 3 . No outdoor storage of materials within required setback areas. 4 . Use permit limited to operation of woodworking business by owner/resident. 5. No more than one non-family member shall be employed. 6. Notify local fire department of business. 7 . All woodworking operations shall be located inside the proposed structure. THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. 2 . That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use.
