The site will create a building 47,625 Sq. ft. of impervious area. <br />2. The total detention area is approximately 445,00 of detention area and 60 cubic feet of <br />storage pond shall be designed to retain the 4 um particles for the 10 -year, 24-hour storm. <br />3. The site will have infiltration at the existing ponds. <br />4. Schedule <br />Grading of the site 07/05/2002 <br />Mulch and seeding 07/20/2002 <br />End of construction 09/20/2002 <br />5.
