TOWN OF CHRISTIANA <br /> PLAN COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> November 24, 2015 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm by Tom Jelinek. Those present were: <br /> Tom Jelinek, Jim Lowrey, Cindy Cutrano and Duane Hinchley. Absent: Noel <br /> Johnson. <br /> Jim Lowrey made a motion to approve the minutes from January 24, 2015, <br /> seconded by Cindy Cutrano. All ayes. <br /> Public appearances—None <br /> Duane Hinchley made a motion to rezone 4.1 acres from A 1-Ex to RH-2 to add to <br /> existing home to make it a total of 6.2 acres to RH-2, for Jim Lowrey for his <br /> property located at 2316 Berge Hinny Rd, seconded by Cindy Cutrano. 3 ayes, Jim <br /> Lowrey abstaining. <br /> Duane Hinchley made a motion to rezone 5.07 acres from A 1-EX to RH-2 for <br /> existing home for Gary Johnson for his property located at 1546 Koshkonong Rd, <br /> seconded by Jim Lowrey. All ayes. (Please send notice to Mr. Johnson for the <br /> Town Board Meeting) <br /> Cindy Cutrano made a motion to approve CUP for Joan Volenberg/R.G. Huston <br /> for parcel number 0162-192-8000-6 with these conditions: <br /> 1. The applicant shall maintain the existing Dane County Land <br /> Conservation erosion control and storm water permit in active <br /> status for the entire site for the duration of the mineral extraction <br /> operation. <br /> 2. The applicant shall apply for and receive all other required local, <br /> state and federal permits. <br /> 3. The operator shall develop and operate the site according to the <br /> operation plan that is part of this application. <br /> 4. Reclamation shall meet the requirement of Chapter 74 of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. <br /> 5. The driveway accessing the site shall be maintained as paved and <br /> also maintained in a dust free manner accordance with local, state <br /> and federal regulations and shall clean any dust or mud traced onto <br /> public roads. <br /> 6. The operator and all haulers shall access the site only through the <br /> single access point on CTH W as shown on the operation plan. <br />
