<br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Montrose.
<br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District
<br /> Maps of the Town of Montrose be amended to include in the A-2(4) Agricultural and A-
<br /> 2(8) Agricultural District/s the following described land:

<br /> ALSO, TO A-2(8): Part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, and part of the NW 1/4 of the
<br /> SE 1/4, of Section 14, Town of Montrose described as follows:
<br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 14; thence N 88° 40' 52" West,
<br /> 648.26 feet, along the South line of said Section 14, to a point in the centerline of road;
<br /> thence along said centerline of road, being a curve to the left, having a chord bearing N
<br /> 48° 43'38" East, 212.51 feet; thence N 06° 08' 08" East, 1,142.24 feet, along said
<br /> centerline, to the Southerly right-of-way of CTH A; thence N 06° 08' 08" East, 66.40
