We are <br /> also applying for a conditional use permit for religious use for <br /> a chapel , parochial school , and residence for pastor or caretaker <br /> on the 3 . 3 acre parcel . We plan to use the property for religious <br /> purposes as soon as approval is granted . The playground and most of the usable area is fenced in <br /> with public access on Baltes Road . The gymnasium is to become a <br /> chapel and the remainder to be a school and possible residence <br /> for a pastor or caretaker . <br /> Because this site was the previous Springfield Elementary School , <br /> it is suitable for use as a parochial school with the addition of <br /> a chapel .
