This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1.To prohibit any residential development on the rezone areas and to condition the rezoning for lot 2 <br /> with a shared driveway agreement between the State and Glen and Barbara Thompson to assure their access to <br /> their property,In addition to require access through Lotl to Thompson property which is land locked,condition <br /> specifying a 33 feet easement from the State to Thompsons through this lot 1 to asssure access. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of <br /> land within 300 feet of the site.
